Sharing Your Profiles

One of the most powerful features of NaviGuide is the ability to share your personality profiles with others. There are several ways to share.

Why Share Your Profile?

Sharing helps others understand:

• How to communicate with you — preferred styles and approaches
• What motivates and energizes you — how to bring out your best
• What to avoid — things that frustrate or drain you
• How to support your work — enabling your success

Opening the Share Dialog

1. Go to your Profiles page — find the profile you want to share
2. Click the profile — view its details
3. Click the Share button — opens the sharing dialog

Sharing with Connections

Share directly with people in your network:

1. Select the "Users" tab in the share dialog
2. Search or browse your connections list
3. Select the person you want to share with
4. Add a note (optional) — explain why you're sharing
5. Click Share — they'll be able to view your profile

Sharing with Teams

Share with an entire team at once:

1. Select the "Teams" tab in the share dialog
2. Choose the team you want to share with
3. Click Share — all team members can view your profile

Public Link Sharing

Share with anyone via a link:

1. Click "Copy Link" in the share dialog
2. If your profile is private, you'll be asked to confirm making it public
3. The link is copied to your clipboard — paste it anywhere

Managing Shares

In the share dialog, you can see who you've already shared with and:

• Remove shares — revoke a specific person's or team's access
• Make private — change your profile back to private to disable public link access
