Tracking Quiz Assignment Progress

After assigning quizzes, team admins can track completion progress from the Assignments tab on the team page.

The Assignments Tab

The Assignments tab shows all quiz assignments for your team. For each assignment, you can see:

  • Quiz name — which quiz was assigned
  • Assignment type — team-wide, individual, or onboarding
  • Due date — when members should complete the quiz (if set)
  • Progress bar — visual indicator of how many members have completed the quiz
  • Completion stats — exact numbers of completed, in-progress, and pending members
  • Who assigned it — the admin who created the assignment

Understanding Assignment Statuses

Each member's assignment has one of three statuses:

  • Pending The member has not started the quiz yet
  • In Progress The member has started the quiz but hasn't finished
  • Completed The member has finished the quiz and received their profile

How Statuses Update Automatically

Assignment statuses update automatically as members interact with quizzes:

  1. When a member starts an assigned quiz, their status changes from "Pending" to "In Progress"
  2. When a member completes the quiz, their status changes to "Completed" and the completion is timestamped
📝 Note

Status updates happen automatically — members don't need to do anything special. Simply starting and completing the quiz as normal will update their assignment status.

Managing Assignments

From the Assignments tab, admins can:

  • Delete an assignment — removes the assignment and all member tracking for it. This does not affect any quiz sessions or profiles that members have already created.
  • View the quiz — click on the quiz name to see its details
💡 Pro Tip

Check the Assignments tab regularly to identify members who may need a reminder. If someone's assignment has been pending for a while, consider reaching out to them directly.
