Creating a Team
Teams in NaviGuide help groups understand each other better and work more effectively together.
What Teams Can Do
- View Shared Profiles See each member's personality profiles
- Team Composition Understand your group's dynamics
- Identify Strengths Find complementary skills and traits
- Improve Collaboration Better communication and teamwork
Creating Your Team
- Go to Settings from your profile menu (top right)
- Open the Plan tab
- Choose a team subscription (Team or Teams Pro tier)
- Enter your team name and select the number of seats
- Complete the subscription — your team is created!
📝 Note
Teams require a Team or Teams Pro subscription. If you currently have an individual plan, you can convert to a team plan from the Plan tab in Settings.
Team Settings
After creating your team, you can:
- Edit the team name and description
- Manage member roles and permissions
- Add or reduce seat licenses
- Invite new members
Team Roles
👑 Owner
Full control over the team, including subscription management and the ability to delete it
⚙️ Admin
Can manage members, change roles, and optionally manage billing if granted access
👤 Member
Can view team profiles and participate in team activities
